May 6th dawned bright, but overcast, for Two Peaks Motor Club's Howells Group plc 'Tour of the Peaks 2017. With fog lingering over the tops the 27 Crews entered hoped the day's weather would improve and that the many panoramic views along the route would open up for all to see.
